The idea and concept of the Sweet Inspirations Bakery was developed and formed by Mr. Eriq Hargrove from his home; North Carolina. He has been working towards the opening of a small store and with the future hopes of making it into a manufacture. Mr. Hargrove attended The International Culinary Academy Pittsburgh and Le Cordon Blue for the Pastry Arts. He mastered his craft at the top of his class while he was enrolled in these programs.

After, he studied under one of the best Pastry Chef at Le Cordon Bleu furthering his already accomplished talents. He then moved on to building mote of his Culinary skills working with Holiday Inn of Pittsburgh where he was responsible for the consisted preparing of food for buffet, providing custom Wedding Cakes, pastry and other desserts. Mr. Hargrove was also employed by Bravo Italian Kitchen as a Baker preparing Italian breads, Breadsticks and desserts such as Crème Brule, Cheesecakes, Birthday and other pastries.

Sweet Inspirations specialties are wedding cakes made to your design or theme. Offering a ray of fillings, batters, and our own homemade icing.

We also offer desserts and pastries for diabetics and health conscious customers. For large events inquire about personalized desserts that involves no slicing.
